BPCE: launches its 'TEC 2020' strategic plan.
(CercleFinance.com) - This morning Groupe BPCE announced the launch of "TEC 2020," its strategic plan for the period 2018-2020.
The group said that, “The plan focuses on a combination of Digital Transformation in order to seize opportunities created by the ongoing technological revolution, engagement toward our customers, employees and cooperative shareholders, and growth in all of our core businesses.”
The "Growing differently" strategic plan (2014-2017) has enabled Groupe BPCE to strengthen its local banking business, with strong growth in the number of core banking customers (+730,000 customers), with its customers now better equipped.
Investments in digital transformation will be increased to 600 million euros p.a. (2020 target).
