Danone: 300 million euro bond issue
(CercleFinance.com) - Danone announced last night the successful launch of bonds amounting to 300 million euros to finance and refinance projects with a positive social impact.
This issue with a social impact is the first to be carried out by a multinational, complying with the new principles of the social bonds established in June 2017 by the International Capital Market Association, the group said.
This bond issue consists of securities denominated in euros, amounting to 300 million euros, with a maturity of 7 years, and with a coupon of 1.00% payable in March 2025. Settlement-delivery is scheduled for 26 March 2018 and the securities will be listed on Euronext Paris.
