AXA: changes in mangement
(CercleFinance.com) - AXA has announced changes to its management team in the coming months so as to implement its new strategic plan entitled “Driving Progress 2023”, as presented last December, which includes a simplification of its Corporate Center.
The latter will be led by two deputy CEOs, namely Frédéric de Courtois and George Stansfield, who will be in charge of finance and strategy on the one hand, and legal and human resources, on the other.
In addition, Etienne Bouas-Laurent will become CEO of AXA Belgium, replacing Jef Van In, who will take on a new transversal role. Alban de Mailly Nesle will succeed Etienne Bouas-Laurent as CFO.
