AXA: EU authorises takeover of ELL Luxembourg
(CercleFinance.com) - The European Commission has approved the acquisition of ELL Luxembourg by AXA Real Estate Investment Managers France and Predica Prévoyance Dialogue (Crédit Agricole), both of which are based in France.
ELL rents electric locomotives used throughout continental Europe.
The Commission has concluded that the proposed concentration would not raise competition issues, given its very limited impact on the market structure.
