AXA: BlackRock holds fewer voting rights
(CercleFinance.com) - BlackRock, acting on behalf of its clients and funds managed, has announced that on 10 July 2018 it its stake in Axa fell to below the threshold of 5% of AXA's voting rights, with it now holding for the said clients and funds, 141,571,776 AXA shares, respresenting as many voting rights, or 5.
84% of the group's capital and 4.97% of its voting rights.
This threshold has been crossed due to the sale of AXA shares OTC, as well as a return of shares held as collateral.
