AXA: BlackRock stake above 5% of voting rights
(CercleFinance.com) - BlackRock, acting on behalf of its clients and funds managed, has notified the AMF that on 3 July it raised its stake in AXA to above the threshold of 5% of the group's voting rights, with it now holding for the said clients and funds, 5.
92% of AXA's capital and 5.03% of its voting rights.
The crossing of this threshold results from an OTC purchase of AXA shares and an increase in the number of shares held as collateral.
