Sanofi: E1.5bn bond issue
(CercleFinance.com) - Sanofi announces that it has placed a fixed-rate bond issue in two tranches of 750 million euros each, respectively maturing in April 2025 and April 2030, bearing annual interest of 1.
000% and 1.500%.
The bonds were issued under the Euro Medium Term Note program. Their issue will enable Sanofi to reduce the average cost and extend the average maturity of its debt. The health group will allocate the net proceeds to its general needs.
