Sanofi: BlackRock reduces stake
(CercleFinance.com) - Acting on behalf of its clients and funds managed, BlackRock has informed the AMF that on 2 July 2019 it reduced its stake in Sanofi to below the threshold of 5% of the group's voting rights and that, on behalf of the said clients and funds, it now holds 69,428,902 Sanofi shares, i.
e. the same number of voting rights, or 5.55% of the group's capital and 4.95% of its voting rights.
The breaking of these thresholds results from the restitution of Sanofi shares held as collateral.
