Sanofi: in negotiations with Biocorp on Mallya
(CercleFinance.com) - Biocorp, a manufacturer of medical devices and injected drug delivery systems, announces that it has entered into an exclusive negotiations to integrate its connected Mallya device into Sanofi's diabetes care platform.
Mallya is a smart sensor that turns conventional insulin pens into connected devices by recording key information and then transmitting it to a dedicated mobile app, the company said.
Under the terms of these exclusive negotiations, Biocorp has received an initial payment of four million euros from the French pharmaceutical giant to support related development activities.
