Sanofi: to collaborate with Denali Therapeutics
(CercleFinance.com) - Sanofi announces that, in collaboration with Denali Therapeutics, it plans to develop several molecules for the potential treatment of various systemic neurodegenerative diseases and inflammatory diseases.
The Health Group specifies that this will concern candidate molecules for the potential treatment of multiple sclerosis (Sep), amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (sla), Alzheimer disease and systémic inflammatory diseases.
Sanofi will make an initial payment of 125 million dollars to Denali, followed by future milestone payments that could exceed one billion dollars, depending on the development and marketing of the molecules concerned.
