Sanofi: Bryan Garnier upgrades stock
(CercleFinance.com) - Bryan Garnier has upgraded its rating on Sanofi from "neutral" to "buy," raising its fair value from 80 euros to 83 euros, perceiving "a diversity of positive trends in action within the group".
The broker considers that Sanofi "ready for a new chapter," including "a new simplified and more focused organisation, less pressure from Diabetes and a pipeline entering a delivery phase”.
The “Current share price looks like a good entry point to play the recovery,” the broker adds, saying that its new fair value (of 83 euros) simply says that now Sanofi should be priced in line with the sector in 2019 vs the current discount of 10-15%.
