Sanofi: presents R&D strategy for 2018
(CercleFinance.com) - Sanofi today announced that it is organising a meeting for analysts to present its Research and Development strategy, its portfolio of products that are currently being developed and the steps that it expects to take in 2018.
At least 10 pivotal phase 3 studies are scheduled to be launched over the next 12 months to evaluate new treatments in indications such as type-2 diabetes, obesity and primary progressive multiple sclerosis.
Sanofi is expected to make several regulatory filings over this period, including two for experimental cancer drugs, one for a new type-1 diabetes treatment and one for potential treatment for uncontrolled persistent asthma.
