Bouygues: takeover bid on Keyyo shares resumes on Monday
(CercleFinance.com) - Rothschild Martin Maurel, acting on behalf of Bouygues Telecom, has informed the AMF that the takeover bid on Keyyo shares, at 34 euros each, will be reopened from 25 March to 12 April inclusive.
Note that after the takeover bid on Keyyo shares, the group holds 1,674,753 shares representing the same number of voting rights, i.e. 85.45% of the group's capital and at least 82.59% of its voting rights.
Bouygues Telecom irrevocably undertakes to acquire all the 116,832 existing shares that it does not hold, representing 5.96% of the group's capital, while shares that may be issued and/or tendered as a result of the anticipated acquisition of free shares.
