("Parks Bottom"), Oxford Properties ("Oxford") and Accor Management Canada Inc ("Accor").
The Rimrock Resort Hotel is a resort hotel located in Banff, Alberta, Canada.
Parks Bottom holds real estate assets on behalf of the Government of Singapore.
Oxford is owned by OMERS Administration Corporation, a global property owner, investor, developer and manager. Oxford invests globally in real estate assets.
The Commission concluded that the proposed acquisition would not give rise to any competition concerns as Rimrock Resort Hotel has no activities in the European Economic Area.
