(CercleFinance.com) - The European Commission has authorised the acquisition of joint control of four Fairmont hotels by Parks Bottom, OMERS and Accor.
It has approved the acquisition of joint control of four luxury hotels (Fairmont Banff Springs, Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise, Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge and Fairmont Chateau Whistler) by Parks Bottom, OMERS and Accor.
The Commission has concluded that the proposed acquisition would not pose any competition issues, due to the limited impact that the transaction would have on the European market.
