Accor: project for Raffles hotel in Dubai.
(CercleFinance.com) - AccorHotels has announced that it has signed a management agreement with Nakheel, one of Dubai's leading property developers, for the expansion of Raffles Hotels & Resorts, a brand of the French hotels group.
This agreement concerns the opening of PALM 360, a real estate project consisting of two towers erected on the island of Palm Jumeirah, which will host The Palm Dubai Raffles hotel and Raffles PALM360 residences.
The PALM 360, which is scheduled to open in 2021, will be Palm Jumeirah's tallest structure, 260 metres tall. The hotel will offer 125 rooms and suites, while the 359 upscale residences - including 16 penthouses - will be offered for sale.
