(CercleFinance.com) - L'Oréal has announced signing an agreement with Henry Thayer Company to acquire Thayers Natural Remedies, an American skin-care brand.
The brand will be incorporated into L'Oréal's Consumer Products division.
Thayers Natural Remedies offers tonic and astringent lotions. The brand is particularly known for its iconic bestseller "Witch Hazel Aloe Vera Formula Facial Toner", a lotion based on hamamelis, liked by many consumers.
In 2019, Thayers posted sales of 44 million dollars.
