L'Oréal: 9m sales up 6.8%

86 billion euros at 30 September 2018, up 1.8% as reported. On a like-for-like basis, i.e. at an identical consolidation scope and exchange rates, sales rose 6.8%.
At end-September, the Professional Products Division reported 1.6% like-for-like growth (-4.5% as reported). All geographic areas, with the exception of Western Europe, still affected by the inertia of some markets, are growing, the group said.
The Consumer Products Division recorded +2.4% like-for-like growth of (-2.4% as reported). At end-September, L'Oréal Luxury grew by +14.2% like-for-like (+8.8% as reported), after an excellent third quarter, with 15.6% growth on a comparable basis.
