L'Oréal: acquires 100% of Korean group Nanda Co.
(CercleFinance.com) - On Wednesday evening L'Oréal announced the acquisition of 100% of Nanda Co.
Ltd., a Korean makeup and lifestyle company.
This company reported sales of 127 million euros in 2017 and has nearly 400 employees. It currently operates in Korea and Japan and has expanded its business into Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand.
Thanks to this acquisition, L'Oréal plans to expand the marketing of 3CE Stylenanda internationally. The transaction is set to be finalised within the next two months.
