Total: contract to manage recharging points in Paris
(CercleFinance.com) - Total announces that it has won the Paris City Council's call for tenders to modernise and extend the fleet of public charging stations for electric vehicles under a 10-year service concession contract.
This new network, which brings together the Bélib' network and the former Autolib' network, will eventually include around 2,300 recharging points, i.e. 56% more than those currently in service.
Total is committed to installing quick-recharge hubs in underground car parks. In its offer it has also included the development of a fleet of solar power plants in France that will be dedicated to covering all the electricity needs of this network.
