Total: BlackRock increases stake above 5%
(CercleFinance.com) - BlackRock, acting on behalf of its clients and funds under its management, has informed the AMF that on 10 September it raised its stake in Total SE's capital to above the thresholds of 5% of Total SE's voting rights and that, on behalf of the said clients and funds, it now holds 142,274,146 Total SE shares, representing the same number of voting rights, i.
e. 5.36% of the group's capital and voting rights.
The crossing of this threshold results from the increase in the number of Total SE shares held as collateral.
