Total: acquisition of G2mobility finalised
(CercleFinance.com) - Total announces that it has completed the acquisition of G2mobility, a French electric vehicle charging solutions start-up, following an agreement signed with G2mobility and its historic shareholders, including Bpifrance and Nexans.
G2mobility develops and markets a complete and open charging solution: connected terminals, operated by a platform that can be remotely controlled, offering services, including smart energy management.
At the same time, Total and Nexans have signed a partnership agreement which enables Total to benefit from Nexans' production capacities and industrial expertise, while Nexans will be able to use G2mobility's technological edge and Total's facilities.
