Carrefour: JP Morgan Chase raises stake

has reported that on 6 March 2019, indirectly through companies it controls, it has raised its stake in Carrefour to above thresholds of 5% of its capital and voting rights, with it now indirectly holding 51,550,473 Carrefour shares, representing as many voting rights, i.e. 6.53% of the group's capital and 5.15% of its voting rights.
These thresholds have been exceeded due to the OTC purchase of Carrefour shares.
On this occasion, JP Morgan Securities plc individually exceeded the same thresholds.
