Carrefour: nomination of a group executive committee.
(CercleFinance.com) - Carrefour announces the nomination of a group executive committee, a new management team "comprised of managers from the group and personalities from other disciplines, bringing additional expertise".
In order to ensure a greater coordination, certain functions will henceforth be common to the distribution group as a whole and to France: "customers, services and digital transformation", "human resources" and "communication".
The new committee includes fourteen members and brings together five heads of geographical areas, three heads of functional divisions and five heads of corporate functions around chairman and CEO Alexandre Bompard. These appointments will take effect on 2 October.
