Air Liquide: progress in hydrogen in Taiwan

(CercleFinance.com) - Air Liquide announced on Friday that it has completed the first phase of construction of its very high purity low carbon hydrogen electrolysers in Taiwan.

These production units, which have a planned capacity of 25 MW, are located in the Tainan Science Park and are intended to supply very high purity hydrogen to the semiconductor industry.

Ces équipements doivent permettre au fabricant de gaz industriels de répondre à la demande émergente en hydrogène de très haute pureté liée à l'essor des systèmes de lithographie EUV (Extreme Ultraviolet Lithography).

This equipment will enable the industrial gas manufacturer to meet the emerging demand for very high purity hydrogen linked to the growth of EUV (Extreme Ultraviolet Lithography) systems.
