Air Liquide: contract with Eastman Chemical Company
(CercleFinance.com) - Air Liquide has announced signing a long-term contract with Eastman Chemical Company.
The contract covers the supply of additional volumes of oxygen, nitrogen and synthesis gas (syngas) to support Eastman's growth and production in Longview, Texas.
Air Liquide will invest over 160 million dollars to upgrade its existing assets at the site and build a new Air Separation Unit (ASU) and a Partial Oxidation Unit (POX).
