Air Liquide: BlackRock increases stake above 5%
(CercleFinance.com) - BlackRock, acting on behalf of its clients and funds under its management, has informed the AMF that on 27 August it raised its stake in Air Liquide above the thresholds of 5% of its capital and voting rights, with it now holding 5.
03% of the industrial gas group's capital and voting rights.
The US asset manager says that the crossing of these thresholds results from the purchase of Air Liquide shares - both OTC and on the market - along with an increase in the number of shares held as collateral.
