Air Liquide: successful E1bn LT bond issue
(CercleFinance.com) - Air Liquide says that it has successfully made a long-term bond issue of 1 billion euros, half of which (500 million euros) will mature in five years, with an actuarial yield of 1.
022%, while the other 500 million euros will mature in 10 years, with an actuarial yield of 1,47%.
This issue, which was largely oversubscribed to by investors, was completed under its Euro Medium Term Note (EMTN) program. This issue will benefit from a rating "A-" by S & P's and "A3" by Moody's.
The industrial gas group said that "Proceeds from this issuance will allow the Group to refinance its June 2020 bond maturities in advance and will secure financing to support long term profitable growth."
