Air Liquide: repurchases 1.3 million of its own shares
(CercleFinance.com) - French industrial gas supplier Air Liquide announces that its share purchase agreement concluded with an investment services provider on 11 March expired on 3 May.
Under this agreement and as part of its share repurchase program, the group has repurchased 1,300,000 shares (i.e. 0.3% of its capital as at 31 December 2018) at a total final purchase price of 148,246,540 euros.
The shares bought back under this contract will be partially cancelled and partly allocated to the implementation of the company's performance share plan or employee shareholding operations.
