Air Liquide: Blackrock cuts stake to below 5%
(CercleFinance.com) - BlackRock, acting on behalf of its clients and funds managed, has informed the AMF that on 5 November, it cut its stake in Air Liquide to below the threshold of 5% of the group's capital and voting rights and that, on behalf of these clients and funds, it now holds 4.
94% of the group's capital and 4.84% of its voting rights.
This threshold has been crossed due to the restitution of Air Liquide shares held as collateral.
