Air Liquide: wins long-term contract in Mexico.
(CercleFinance.com) - After trading on Wednesday Air Liquide reported its signature of a new long-term contract with Pemex Transformacion Industrial, a subsidiary of Petróleos Mexicanos (PEMEX), the national Mexican oil and gas company.
The contract concerns the supply of hydrogen of the PEMEX refinery in Tula de Allende (State of Hidalgo), in central Mexico.
With an investment of 50 million euros for the acquisition and modernisation of the existing hydrogen production unit (Steam Methane Reformer - SMR), this contract will strengthen the French chemical group's presence in central Mexico.
