Ipsos: inaugural bond issue of 300 million euros
(CercleFinance.com) - Ipsos reports that it has successfully placed an inaugural bond issue of 300 million euros, maturing in seven years' time (September 2025) with an annual coupon of 2.
875%, which reflects investors' confidence in its strategy and credit profile.
This issue will enable Ipsos to extend the maturity of its debt profile and diversify its credit investor base. Its net proceeds will be for general needs, including the refinancing of certain existing debts.
The opinion polls group adds that the transaction's settlement-delivery is scheduled for 21 September, after the AMF obtains the visa of the prospectus, with the bonds then be admitted for trading on Euronext Paris.
