Ipsos: invests in Big Sofa Technologies
(CercleFinance.com) - Ipsos has announced an agreement to invest around 3 million pounds in Big Sofa Technologies, a company that is listed on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange, with which it has had an increasingly close trading relationship for over two years.
The French group, a specialist in opinion polls, will, therefore, subscribe to 16,402,143 ordinary shares of this company at a unit price of 18.5 pence, which will enable it to hold 20% of Big Sofa's capital.
This investment will enable the British company to strengthen its sales and marketing functions - particularly in the United States - to take advantage of significant revenue-generating opportunities that it has identified.
