Safran: organic growth nearly 10% in Q3
(CercleFinance.com) - Safran has reported Q3 2019 adjusted sales of 6,095 million euros, up 14%.
On an organic basis, sales were up 9.8%, driven by growth at all divisions.
In particular, the propulsion achieved organic growth of 14.9%, supported by OE volumes (civil and military), as well as services (service businesses for civil engines and maintenance for helicopter turbines).
Safran has confirmed its outlook for 2019, including adjusted sales, which are expected to increase by around 15% (around 10% in organic terms) and adjusted underlying operating income, which it expects will incrase by over 20%.
