Alten: Invest Securities still a buyer - adjusts TP
(CercleFinance.com) - Invest Securities reiterates its "buy" recommendation on the Alten share, having nudged up its corresponding target price from 88 euros to 89 euros, stressing that business momentum is improving and that the group wants to accelerate acquisitions, particularly in IT.
From the meeting in the first half of 2020, the broker essentially noted that the tone of management's comments (always very honest in its communication) is much more positive than what it said on publishing its Q2 sales at the end of July.
While the prospects are improving in the automotive sector, the real problem today is concentrated on aeronautics, where the group retains a major contract that it has given itself a year to resolve, the analyst adds.
