FFP: NAV per share up slightly in 2020

(CercleFinance.com) - FFP has published a Net Asset Value (NAV) per share of 179.
6 euros as at 31 December 2020, representing a performance of +1.3% over the year (including the dividend), with consolidated net income (group share) of 134 million euros compared with 131 million euros in 2019.

The valuation of the investment in Peugeot SA benefited from the rise in its share price, although the trend in the valuations of other listed investments was mixed and the performance of unlisted assets was partly absorbed by the depreciation of the dollar.

The Board will propose an ordinary dividend of 2.35 euros per share at the AGM on 12 May, up 9% relative to last year. Note that FFP will become Peugeot Invest after the AGM on 31 March.
