FFP: NAV per share up 19.4% in 2019

(CercleFinance.com) - On Thursday evening FFP, the Peugeot family holding company, unveiled a Restated Book Value (NAV) per share of 179.
5 euros at end-December 2019, up 19.4% y-o-y, as well as net income, group share that is up 14% at 131.5 million euros for 2019.

"The value of FFP's shares in Peugeot SA rose by 14.2% in 2019 and most of its listed equity stakes appreciated significantly, particularly as a result of the companies' strong operational performance," the group said.

The board of directors will propose an ordinary dividend taht is flat at 2.15 euros per share and has decided to dissociate the functions of chairman of the board and CEO, a role that will be entrusted to Bertrand Finet after its AGM on 19 May.
