(CercleFinance.com) - Rothschild Martin Maurel has informed the AMF that for the duration of the simplified public tender offer (OPAS) for Aufeminin shares, i.
e. from 14 June to 4 July inclusive, TF1 bought 1,457,345 shares in the market at a unit price of 39.47 euros.
At the closing of the deal, the television group holds 9,015,415 Aufeminin shares, representing the same number of voting rights, or 93.28% of the group's capital and at least 93.25% of the voting rights of this publisher of websites for women.
