After this transaction, aufeminin has immediately acquired 75% of Ykone's capital for an undisclosed amount.
Both groups' combined expertise will result in a world leader which is capable of supporting the biggest brands in the deployment of increasingly ambitious campaigns of influence, the group said.
Over the past three years, beyond average growth of 35% p.a., Ykone has developed on all continents.
