Ubisoft: Morgan Stanley begins coverage with 'equal-weight'
(CercleFinance.com) - Morgan Stanley has initiated its coverage of the Ubisoft stock with a target price of 100 euros, deeming the video games publisher is “positioned to benefit from digital transition (catch up to US peers) and improving franchise breadth”.
The broker expects the company to report average EPS growth of around 30% p.a. over 2018-2021, although it also points out that the share is trading at a premium of 16% relative to its US peers.
