M6: acquires French radio stations from RTL group.
(CercleFinance.com) - On Friday M6 announced signing the agreement for the acquisition of RTL's French radio stations (RTL, RTL2 and FUN Radio).
The transaction is scheduled for completion on 1 October 2017. The financial performance of the Radio division will be consolidated in M6 Group's accounts from this date.
The M6 Group has also confirmed having organised external funding of 170 million euros, including a bond issue (EuroPP - 7 years) of 50 million euros and three bilateral credit lines maturing in 5 years.
