Teleperformance: raises growth target for 2021
(CercleFinance.com) - Teleperformance has announced that it is looking for like-for-like FY sales growth of at least 12%, compared with a previous target of at least 9% like-for-like.
The customer relations outsourcing group has announced Q1 2001 sales of just over 1.71 billion euros, up 26.6% as reported and up 35.9% like-for-like.
Teleperformance says that this record organic growth is particularly thanks to the accelerated digitisation of its client environment and to its activities to help governments in their vaccination campaigns in Europe.
