Teleperformance: completes E500m bond issue
(CercleFinance.com) - Teleperformance has announced that it has successfully completed a bond issue of 500 million euros, with a coupon of 0.
25% and maturing in 2027, the first issue under an EMTN (Euro Medium Term Note) program approved by the AMF.
Net proceeds will be used for the contact centre company's general needs and to finance the acquisition of Health Advocate, which is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2021.
This issue, which has been oversubscribed to more than three times, will also enable Teleperformance, which is now a regular bond issuer, to improve its funding costs, increase its debt maturity and diversify its financial resources.
