Atos: launches support service for PERI
(CercleFinance.com) - Atos has successfully launched a global support project for its new client PERI, one of the world's largest manufacturers and suppliers of forming and scaffolding systems.
Atos will provide support to 7,000 PERI employees in 56 countries.
“Synergy with Atos allowed us to unify the service delivery system, develop a common concept for tracking results and determine key performance indicators, which simplified both the process of contacting support and its control by the management," said Pavel Puzanov, IT Manager of Eastern and Northern Europe, PERI GmbH.
Atos already provides a service that includes the support of daily requests such as incidents, information requests, and even access management, in addition to the support of business applications.
Atos is now entering the next phase of providing second-line support to PERI users.
