Atos: plans to acquire Paladion
(CercleFinance.com) - Atos has announced that it has signed an agreement to acquire Paladion, a US-based managed security services provider that has over 400 clients in 12 countries, in a deal that will strengthen its cyber security services worldwide.
With this acquisition, the French IT services group will add detection and response (MDR) capabilities to its offer, while paving the way for the next generation of its prescriptive Security Operations Centers (SOCs).
Paladion has 800 employees and cybersecurity experts around the world, with revenues that exceeded 29 million dollars in 2019. The transaction - whose financial terms are not specified - is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2020.
