Atos: repays bonds early
(CercleFinance.com) - Atos says that it has decided to repay all its outstanding 2.
375% bonds with a maturity of 2 July 2020, that were issued on 2 July 2015, in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in their prospectus.
The early repayment of this bond loan of 600 million euros will be made on 2 April at par, i.e. 100,000 euros, plus the coupon accrued since the last due date of interest payment (inclusive) until the early repayment date (exclusive).
