Atos: implements share repurchase mandate
(CercleFinance.com) - Atos announces the implementation, as of 9 May, of an irrevocable mandate with an independent financial services provider to repurchase up to 1.
1 million of its own shares until 24 June at the latest.
This repurchase will be made at a price that cannot exceed the ceiling of 120 euros per share. These shares are intended to be distributed to beneficiaries of performance shares, share purchase plans or other long-term incentive plans.
