Atos: multinational contract with Coca-Cola HBC
(CercleFinance.com) - Atos today announces a new multinational contract with Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company (HBC), one of the largest bottlers of The Coca-Cola Company, which is present in 28 countries - in Europe, Russia and Nigeria - and which supplies approximately 595 million consumers.
Linking different resources and data, such as the layout of refrigerators, is central to Coca-Cola's digital integration strategy. 300,000 connected refrigerators called “Atos Codex Connected Cooler” will therefore be deployed by the end of the year.
Coca-Cola HBC will access vast amounts of point-of-sale data - such as the location and availability of in-store refrigerators, their temperature, inventory, the placing of products and even customer buying behaviour.
