Atos: 62.8% of dividend paid in shares

79% of shareholders have opted for a dividend payment in shares, which has resulted in the group's equity capital increasing by 111.6 million euros.
This transaction resulted in the creation of 1,063,666 new shares (representing a 1.01% increase in the capital and exercisable voting rights), which will be delivered and admitted to trading on the Euronext Paris market on 22 June.
For the record, the 2017 dividend has been set at 1.70 euro per share. The dividend payment that has been subject to a cash payment option represented a total of 67.5 million euros. This will also be paid on 22 June.
