Atos: proposes option for dividend payment in shares
(CercleFinance.com) - Atos has announced that its combined general meeting on 24 May, approved the dividend of 1.
70 euro per share proposed for 2017, and decided that each shareholder could opt for payment in either cash or new shares.
The option for payment in new shares may be exercised from 31 May to 13 June inclusive. The dividend for the past fiscal year, with a detachment date of 31 May, will be paid as of 22 June.
The IT group specifies that the issue price of the new shares that may be issued has been set at 105.07 euros, totaling a maximum of 1,709,451 shares, representing 1.62% of Atos' capital and voting rights.
